God You've Got To Help Me

God You've got to help me,
If this is Your will.

I've waited so long,
Seems like waiting any longer will make me ill.

I want what's best for me,
And I want to be in Your will.

But God You've got to help me,
I'm getting restless, eager, and annoyed.

Seems like nothing ever goes right,
And me, happiness often avoids.

I am trying to hold on,
Until my chance comes.

It sure seems it always eludes me,
Like my chance will never come.

God I know, that if I wait on You,
What You have for me will be great.

But God You've got to help,
Lord, please help me to wait!
